How to end the embarrassment of sweaty feet

Are you one of those people who never take off your shoes when you go to someone's house? Are you embarrassed when you take your shoes off? If you are one of these people, you may have a problem with excessively sweaty feet. But don't worry, there is help. There are so many different products that specialize in helping you get rid of sweaty feet syndrome. Here is a home remedy you can try to help fight sweaty feet.

Wash your feet thoroughly first with a deodorant soap or antibacterial soap. Then dry them 100% before putting on any type of foot cover. If your problem is severe, you may need to wash your feet several times a day, perhaps once in the morning and once in the evening. Now, take plain underarm deodorant every day and roll it over your feet. Then do the same in the morning; If you repeat this process you will soon find that your sweaty feet are gone.

Then take a variation on this, before putting your shoes on, try sprinkling some baby powder or cornstarch on your socks and on the soles of your shoes. Cornstarch is a good odor absorber and you will soon see a difference if you continue this daily. By changing your socks you also avoid sweaty feet, sometimes we buy socks that are too heavy and too tight. Try switching to cotton or wool socks, but make sure your feet have enough room. Too tight socks coupled with a tight shoe can lead to sweaty feet.

Try changing your shoes; Shoes made of leather and shoes made of canvas are the best types of shoes to wear when it comes to ventilation. Any synthetic rubber footwear will make your feet sweat. Try to wear open-toed shoes as often as you can. Any shoe that helps your feet breathe will decrease sweaty feet. If you have more than one pair of shoes, try alternating between shoes, by waiting a day between them to wear shoes, you are allowing them to dry.

There are also over-the-counter remedies, such as Odor Eaters and many Dr. Scholl's products that help with foot care. There are hundreds of websites that also have over-the-counter remedies, as well as home remedies. If you are concerned about your Schweißfüße, see a doctor. You shouldn't have to go through life worrying about what might happen if you take your shoes off.

Sweaty feet are embarrassing, but can be treated. But remember that you are not alone and there are forums you can join to find out if there are other people who have the same problems as you. They may have tried a remedy that you were not familiar with and vice versa.
