Game Breaking Speed - Increase your soccer speed now!
As a strength and conditioning professional, I can tell you that to improve your athletic skills at any level, such as speed, power, agility and strength, it is not the sophisticated equipment that will make a difference. What will make you a better athlete is TRAINING, period! If you want to improve your speed for the soccer game, you should include kettlebell fragments in your training program. Read on if I have your attention.
Kettlebell Snatches: A boost for soccer players to develop game speed!
You see kettlebells have been around much longer than the soccer game and so have the athletes. This ancient device is great for building your body's muscles by committing you to training by manipulating movement patterns. So why does it make sense for football? Well the last time I checked you didn't play the sport of sitting soccer! Kettlebell snatch is a great explosive lift that trains all the muscles of the posterior chain (muscles of the rear involved in the act of running and pulling) so that you can develop speed to burn off your competitors on the grill.
To perform kettlebell lifting, you will need the availability of at least one moderate intensity kettlebell. Incidentally, this unique kit is versatile enough to provide you with a highly effective training program to enhance every area of your soccer game. Anyway, I'm rambling. Lift the kettlebell from the ground or between the legs with one arm and into a locked position above the head in one continuous motion. You do this by engaging your hips and knees in one swift, forceful motion of flexion and then extension. This is done to create the assisted momentum to pull the kettlebell to a lateral position next to the head. In order for you to bring the kettlebell into this "high pull" position, you will want to mimic the "pull back with a bow" motion บาร์เซโลน่า.
Once you have reached the bell at this "high pull" spot, you will notice that the kettlebell floats for a fraction of a second. Once you reach this point of weightlessness, you will want to vertically bang your palm into the sky to lock the bell overhead to complete the lift. This is a training exercise that will dramatically improve your speed by 40 times and by playing time!
